Globe Design Australia is a 100% owned and operated Australian company. Our business managers and staff have worked in FMCG, retail and hospitality industries for years. We understand the business and know the people who work in these industries. We believe in taking a practical, business needs based approach when working with our clients.
We also pride ourselves on doing what we say……when we say.
Globe Design provides an undertaking to all our customers that goods leave our premises in 100% perfect condition. Should those goods not be received by you in 100% perfect condition, then it will be considered the responsibility of the purchaser to report any claim to Globe Design by email within 48 hours after receipt of the goods. Once goods are dispatched, there will be strictly no returns other than for defective merchandise. Merchandise will not be accepted as returned if it is not in its original packaging and intact.
We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods and if we are contacted within 48 hours from the invoice date. No refunds are offered after 48 hours. No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the goods. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued by credit to the nominated credit card.
Refunds will only be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and the respective state Sale of Goods Act legislation.
Shipping and Delivery
Globe Design will arrange to forward your goods using either Australia Post or a courier service. Parcels will be left at the door if no one is at the address to receive the goods.
Globe Design is able to deliver to most areas in Australia. We do not deliver outside Australia.
We do allow pick-ups from our warehouse.

Please call first to arrange a suitable pick up time on 03 9583 4904.
Please allow up to 1 week handling and shipping time within most Australian states (10 days for Western Australia), although, in most cases, delivery is much quicker than this. We will provide a tracking number with your order so that deliveries can be tracked.
If you have not received your goods after this period, please email us. It is very hard to follow up a missing order several weeks after shipping, so please follow up promptly should your goods not arrive in the designated time.
